FAQs
Here are the answers you are looking for…
How do I schedule my service?
We go an extra mile to make sure we are a good match! Before scheduling your first appointment we require a Meet and Greet with you and your pup. We offer in-person and Zoom appointments. Once you’ve become a part of the pack, you can start using our Client Portal which is available 24/7. Our groups are small and fill up quickly, so we encourage you to schedule our services a week in advance. Requests that come in with less than 24-hour notice may be declined. Please send us a text and we will do our best to accommodate.
Is there a last-minute cancellation fee?
We stick to a strict no overbooking policy, so we won’t accept another pet owner’s request if we are already booked. We organize our schedule and map out our pick-ups and drop-offs in advance to ensure we’re staffed properly and we have enough space in our vehicle. By keeping our groups small, we are able to give your dog personal attention and make sure your dog’s needs are met.
Full Refunds will be issued via account credit if cancellation is made 7 days prior to the start of contracted services (14 days prior to holidays). A 50% refund will be issued via account credit if cancellation is made at least 48 hrs. prior to the start of contracted services (7 days prior to holidays). Cancellations without 48 hours (7 days for holidays) notice will not receive a refund. Ongoing Weekly Dog Hikes canceled within 24 business hours will receive a full refund as an account credit for future services.
